Throughout the course of our practice, we strive to ensure that clients understand their rights as employees. If your rights have been violated, we help you take action. We aggressively advocate for our clients and are not afraid to take cases to court if that is the best way to protect their rights and interests. We also advise small businesses on how to meet their obligations under the law in order to treat their employees equitably in compliance with all workplace laws and regulations.

Experienced employment law representation

Our firm is under the guidance of seasoned employee rights attorney Frederick "Rick" Ford. Mr. Ford's legal experience spans over 30 years, during which he has been an active trial attorney in both state and federal courts, served as a consultant, and as an expert witness before state and federal legislators.

Mr. Ford's experience includes serving as the Senior Trial Attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) headquartered in Washington, D.C. He also drafted the EEOC's revision of the Equal Pay Act Interpretive Regulations (29 CFR §1620).  Additionally, Mr. Ford has testified before state legislative committees and the U.S. Senate and has served as a legal consultant to the U.S. House of Representatives subcommittee investigating the unauthorized transfer of presidential debate papers during the 1980 Presidential election campaign. His legal analysis of the unauthorized transfer was published in the final committee report issued by the House subcommittee following the conclusion of its investigation. Since 1990 he has practiced law in Florida as the head of his own firm.

Mr. Ford's vast experience in many different areas of the law allows him to view his clients' cases from a multifaceted perspective. He can effectively explain how the possible outcomes of the case may impact your employment, your life, and your future.
